THIS DECLARATION, made this 30th day of June, 1986 by OXXFORD HUNT ASSOCIATES, a North Carolina partnership with its principal office in Wake County, North Carolina (hereinafter called "Declarant"), and Westminster Company, a North Carolina Corporation (hereinafter called "Lot Owner");
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Declarant by instrument dated October 10, 1985, recorded in Book 3583, Page 15, Wake County Registry subjected certain property in Oxxford Hunt-Andover Section to the protective covenants therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Declarant and Lot Owner are the owners of the hereinafter described lots and desires to subject the same to the protective covenants recorded in Book 3583, Page 15, Wake County Registry each and all of which shall be for the benefit of such property and for each and every owner thereof, and shall insure to the benefit of and pass and run with said property and each and every lot and parcel thereof, and shall apply to and bind the successors in interest and any owner thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, Declarant and Lot Owner hereby declare that the real property described below is and shall be held, transferred, sold and conveyed subject to the protective covenants set forth in the Declaration recorded in Book 3583, Page 15 of the Wake County Registry, North Carolina, said protective covenants being incorporated herein by reference:

Being all of Lots 29 - 38 & 105 - 108, according to map entitled "Oxxford Hunt - P.U.D., Andover Subdivision, Cary Township, Wake County, North Carolina, Phase II, Section Two", dated 2/13/86, revised 4/24/86, prepared by Triangle Engineering Services, Inc. and recorded in Book of Maps 1986, Page 1144 Wake County Registry.
