WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, Grantor executed that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Oxxford Hunt dated October 10, 1985 and recorded in Book 3622, Page 332, Wake County Registry (said Declaration being incorporated herein by reference and hereinafter referred to as the "Original Declaration"); and

WHEREAS, Grantor desires to subject additional property to the Original Declaration.

NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor hereby declares that the hereinafter described property shall be held, sold and conveyed subject to the easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions contained in the Original Declaration to the same extent as if it had been originally described therein, the description of the said additional land being described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, OXXFORD HUNT ASSOCIATES has caused this instrument to be signed in its partnership name by its Partners, the day and year first above written.

Tract 1:

Being all of Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 28, Lot 112, and Lots 118, 119 and 132 according to map entitled "Oxxford Hunt - P.U.D., Andover Subdivision, Cary Township, Wake County, North Carolina, Phase II, Section Two; Lots 14-28, 109-112, 118-119, 132", dated 2/13/86 and revised 3/4/86, prepared by Triangle Engineering Services, Inc. and recorded in Book of Maps 1986, Page 521 Wake County Registry.

Tract 2:

Being all of Lots 1 (containing 0.771 acres) and 2 (containing 0.771 acres) according to map entitled "Oxxford Hunt, Cary Township, Wake County, North Carolina, Road Relocation for SR 1011 and SR 1616, Section B: Lots 1-3", dated 9/28/84, revised 10/3/84, 1/2/85, 4/24/85 and 5/30/85, prepared by Triangle Engineering Services, Inc. and re-recorded in Book of Maps 1986, Page 648 Wake County Registry (for further reference see Book of Maps 1985, Page 1039 Wake County Registry).
