WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, Grantor executed that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Oxxford Hunt dated October 10, 1985 and recorded in Book 3622, Page 332, Wake County Registry (said Declaration being incorporated herein by reference and hereinafter referred to as the "Original Declaration"); and

WHEREAS, Grantor desires to subject additional property to the Original Declaration.

NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor hereby declares that the hereinafter described property shall be held, sold and conveyed subject to the easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions contained in the Original Declaration to the same extent as if it had been originally described therein, the description of the said additional land being described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, OXXFORD HUNT ASSOCIATES has caused this instrument to be signed in its partnership name by its Partners, the day and year first above written.

Beginning at a point lying in the middle of the right-of-way of Old Apex Road (N.C.S.R. 1616), said point being South 13 degrees 21 minutes 01 second West 359.50 feet, South 13 degrees 59 minutes 56 seconds West 362.21 feet, South 15 degrees 16 minutes 49 seconds West 258.10 feet and South 89 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds East 48.60 feet from a point bearing North Carolina Grid Coordinates Y=736,849.6930, X=2,057,347.7916; runs thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds East 564.29 feet to a point lying in the middle of the right-of-way of Seaboard Coast Line; runs thence South 23 degrees 12 minutes 28 seconds West 306.90 feet to a point lying in the eastern right-of-way of West Chatham Street; runs thence along the eastern right-of-way of West Chatham Street the following courses and distances:

1. North 87 degrees 09 minutes 51 seconds East 55.66 feet to a point;
2. North 87 degrees 09 minutes 51 seconds East 105.48 feet to a point;
3. On a radius of 809.33 feet and arc distance of 133.11 feet to a point;
4. North 83 degrees 24 minutes 46 seconds West 163.22 feet to a point;
5. On a radius of 50 feet an arc distance of 85.94 feet to a point, lying in the southern right-of-way of Old Apex Road (N.C.S.R. 1616);
