Swimming Pool
The Oxxford Hunt pool is located at 120 Fallsworth Drive adjacent to the clubhouse and tennis court facilities. The pool includes six 25yd lanes for lap swimming and for competitions as well as a diving area and roped shallow area for younger swimmers. American Pool Service of North Carolina provides lifeguards and pool maintenance during all hours of operation.
The hours of operation are (weather permitting) Monday through Saturday 10:00am-9:00pm and on Sunday 12:00pm-9:00pm. The pool opens two weeks prior to Memorial Day for the weekend only and is open every day between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The pool remains open for three weekends after Labor day. After school begins in the fall, pool hours during the week change to 4:00pm-8:00pm. Please consult the Pool Calendar and home page notices for more information.
The pool is home to the Oxxford Hunt Swamp Foxxes swim team which competes in the RSA league. The pool is closed during swim meets. It is also the location of numerous social gatherings during the course of the summer. Please refer to the Pool Rules & Regulations posted here.
The Oxxford Hunt Clubhouse is located at 120 Fallsworth Drive adjacent to the pool and tennis court facilities. The building includes a furnished 900 square foot meeting room with a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom facilities are located on the lower level. Four tennis courts are available for Oxxford Hunt residents and guests. Two courts behind the clubhouse on Fallsworth Drive have an all-purpose surface and may be used for roller blading as well as tennis. These courts are lighted for evening and early morning use. The two courts on Chatham Street are for tennis only and are not lighted. These courts are available for the residents of Brampton Moors apartments as well as Oxxford Hunt residents and guests. 
Oxxford Hunt has a private trail system that connects the recreational facilities to other areas of Oxxford Hunt as well as to Fred G. Bond Park and the rest of the Cary greenway system. One trail navigates the northern and eastern sides of the picturesque Lake Hoffman, a 9.2 acre man-made reservoir that is the headwater of White Oak Creek. Future plans include completing the trail system around the southern and western portions of the lake. The trail system and common grounds are maintained by Wakefield Nurseries, while the lake is maintained by Ecological Solutions Inc.
A 30' x 30' outdoor pavilion located adjacent to the pool and playground is available for residents year-round from dawn to 10pm. Access to the pavilion is via the pool deck when the pool is open. When the pool is closed, access is via the short trail next to the playground. The pavilion is equipped with ceiling fans and lights. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis: no reservations are accepted.
