OXXFORD HUNT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
Pool Admittance Rules
- The pool is for the exclusive use of Oxxford Hunt Community Association residents and their guests. Proof of membership will be a valid ID form in the lifeguard file at the pool gate. Individuals without a valid form will not be allowed entry to the pool.
- Residents and their guests will be required to check-in at the check-in table.
- Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a relative 18 years of age or older. It is considered a privilege for children between 10 and 18 to come to the pool without an adult present. This privilege can be revoked for inappropriate behavior, at the management's discretion.
- Children between the ages of 10 - 16 may be required to pass a proficiency test, at the discretion of the lifeguards, in order to enter the pool area. The proficiency test shall be the standard test provided by the Red Cross.
- Each family may bring up to 5 guests to the pool. The homeowner on record must register each guest (each time) with the pool management and assume the responsibility for the conduct of each guest. Residents must be 18 years of age to sign in guests.
- Guests must sign in with the pool management at the gate. Payment, when required, will be collected at sign-in.
- Guests living within Wake County must pay $3.00 per day for admittance. Exact change is required. No checks please! There is no charge for guests living outside Wake County. Proof of residency of guests, i.e. drivers license, will be required.
- Children two and under are free.
- Babysitters are recognized as an exception to the guest fee rules, so long as this privilege is not abused. Babysitters must be 18 years of age or older to accompany a child under the age of 10. If one or more of the parents are present at the pool, the sitter is then considered a paying guest. The sitter is to register accordingly.
- Residents three or more months delinquent in their homeowner's dues will be denied access to the pool. The management will be furnished with a list.
- The pool is not available for rent for private functions.
