OXXFORD HUNT COMMUNITY TENNIS RULES

1. Tennis courts are for the exclusive use of Oxxford Hunt Community Association members and their guests. The homeowner's association and management assume no risk for injuries and liabilities.
2. Adequate adult supervision of minors is required at all times.
3. When others are waiting to use the courts, please limit play to one hour for singles and one and one-half hours for doubles.
4. After 5:00 pm and on weekends, adults 16 and over have priority.
5. Please place any trash or debris in the receptacles provided around the court area.
6. The West Chatham Street courts are not lighted and are to be used for tennis only.
• Only smooth sole tennis shoes are permitted on the courts.
• Appropriate tennis attire is suggested.
• Non-playing persons are not permitted inside the courts.
• No skateboards, tricycles, bicycles or roller blades are allowed on the courts.
7. The Fallsworth Drive courts are lighted and have a multi-purpose surface.
• A switch is located on the lower-level clubhouse wall to turn the lights on. A buzzer will sound prior to the lights turning off automatically. Pressing the button will silence the buzzer and reset the timer.
• Rollerblades and bicycles are permitted on the court.
• Skateboards are not permitted on the court.
• Tennis players have priority over all other activities.
8. Any person found using the facility for purposes other than its intended use will be held responsible for any damages to the area including the surface. Charges will be made to the Association member.
